When we are contacted, the following steps will come up as basic ones:

1. Site visit virtually or in person to get introduced and knowing your needs, some discussions and measurements.

2. You will receive an initial estimate.

3. If accepted, the proposal will be negotiated in a meeting to confirm all details and options.

4. The agreement will be signed, and the job starts. So you’ll expect:

5. Schedule onsite visit with our Architect/Structural engineer for drawings and permits*.

6. Design process for kitchen/bathrooms with designers*.

7. Schedule the start date.

8. Introduce your easy-to-access Project coordinator to be in touch

All steps are fully transparent, you’ll be reported of the progress, and you’ll be more than welcome to visit the project site at any time.

After delivering your job, we may request a walkthrough to take some final result photos, showing our gratitude and make a wish to see you again!
